GNT Systems joins Juniper Group’s Smart Manufacturing vertical
Juniper Group, an operating group of Vela Software and Constellation Software, Inc. (TSX:CSU), is pleased to announce the acquisition of GNT Systems (“GNT”), an industry leading software company offering Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Tool Management (TMS) and Computer Aided Design/ Manufacturing (CAD/CAM).
GNT is a strategic acquisition that will join Shoplogix, Proxia, Industrios (and others in the Smart Manufacturing portfolio) in helping manufacturing customers deliver on their Industry 4.0 mandate.
