Tasks
- Responsibility for financial management in the region, with a focus on implementing regional strategy and increasing value
- Preparation and presentation of reports for regional management and the Group
- Supporting our finance team in preparing financial statements and audit-related documentation and assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS (consolidated financial statements) or local commercial law of the subsidiaries, as well as the respective tax returns.
- Acting as a contact person for all finance business partners and group management
- Coordinating regional financial planning processes
- Supporting finance business partners in setting up and developing the regional team
- Acting as a subject matter expert for relevant and new financial tools
- Developing and following up on business cases
- Establishing and maintaining relationships within the group
- You are the interface between our finance management and all internal and external stakeholders (in particular audit, accounting, tax consulting) on the topics of taxes and insurance.
Qualification
- Business degree or training
- Business-oriented expertise with strong communication skills
- At least 5 years of experience in finance/controlling
- Affinity for numbers and IT systems
- Experience in controlling, accounting, and treasury (especially cash flow)
- Comprehensive understanding of the business and financial relationships
- Experience in the European and international financial market is an advantage
- Experience in the private equity sector is desirable
- Strategic and operational mindset
- Team player, hands-on mentality, structured working style

Salary
Our offer is a permanent position in a well-known company.
We offer a gross annual salary from EUR 70,000. Your actual salary will depend on your training and relevant professional experience.
