What does OEE mean?
OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is an internationally recognized key figure for evaluating the productivity of machines and systems.
It is made up of three factors:
Availability (How much time is the machine actually available?)
Performance (How fast does production run compared to the target cycle time?)
Quality (How many parts are flawless?)
A high OEE value shows that a system is working efficiently and with few losses.
