MES Tool Management / Digital Manufacturing

Tasks
- Consulting and support for industrial companies in the introduction and optimization of MES and tool management systems (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
- Analysis of existing production processes and identification of digitization potential.
- Development and implementation of strategies to increase efficiency in production.
- Interface function between IT, production and management.
- Implementation of workshops, training courses and change management measures for customers.
- Design and implementation of digital solutions for production control and transparency.
- Project management and coordination of international digitization projects.
Qualification
- Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering or similar.
- Several years of professional experience as a production engineer, lean manager or consultant in a production environment.
- Sound knowledge of MES systems, production IT and digital manufacturing processes.
- Technical understanding of production systems, automation and IT interfaces.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30-50%) for national and international projects.

Technical requirements
- Experience with MES tools such as GNT MES, Proxia, Siemens Opcenter, MPDV Hydra, GNT or comparable systems as well as tool management systems such as TDM, Wintool, Zoller.
- Knowledge of ERP integration (e.g. SAP), production data acquisition and store floor IT.
- Understanding of IT architectures and interface management.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel (pivot, formulas, data analysis).
- Dealing with digital platforms, data analysis tools and visualization solutions.
- Confident with MS Office, project management tools and collaboration software.

Salary
Our offer is a permanent position in a well-known company.
We offer a gross annual salary from EUR 70,000. Your actual salary will depend on your training and relevant professional experience.
