GNT Systems becomes a member of the Juniper Group


Juniper Group, a Vela Software and Constellation Software, Inc. group (TSX:CSU), announces the acquisition of GNT Systems (“GNT”), an industry-leading Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Tool Management (TMS) and Computer Aided Design/Manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software company.
The strategic partnership with GNT, together with Shoplogix, Proxia, Industrios (and other companies in the Smart Manufacturing portfolio), will support customers in the manufacturing industry in fulfilling their Industry 4.0 mission. GNT will continue to expand its growing range of software solutions that enable the digitalization and improvement of manufacturing processes around the world.

GNT Systems joins Juniper Group’s Smart Manufacturing vertical

GNT is a strategic acquisition that will join Shoplogix, Proxia, Industrios (and others in the Smart Manufacturing portfolio) in helping manufacturing customers deliver on their Industry 4.0 mandate. GNT will further strengthen a growing suite of software solutions that enable the digitization and improvement of manufacturing operations around the world.
