MobiTrans - The mobile solution for secure DNC data transmission

The MobiTrans from GNT Systems consists of a base / charging station and software - and is ready for use immediately after simple assembly: The base station is usually installed centrally in the production area and is assigned a network-compliant IP address.
After switching on, the device automatically searches for the connection to the base station. A specific machine is then selected from all the machines created in the master data management - and data transfer is initiated via the serial interface.

Subsequently, any NC program can be selected directly from the machine-specific folder and transferred to the machine via the serial interface.
All parameters relevant for the data transfer (baud rate, data bit, stop bit, etc.) can be set in the master data management and loaded into MobiTrans via radio when the machine is selected. The connection to the machine is made via standard RS232 cabling or with a special USB adapter.

Mobile data transmission via WLAN

In addition to DECT technology, the MobiTrans from GNT Systems can also communicate with an existing WLAN access point. After switching on, the device independently searches for the nearest access point and connects to the network. The machine is then selected - and the MobiTrans automatically sets itself to the appropriate transmission parameters.

Mobile data transmission via radio and USB interface

The GNT Systems USB adapter can be used to send NC programs directly to a USB memory via DECT or WLAN. The control then accesses this adapter and reads the data in or out.

Mobile data transmission scanner function

Via the optional built-in scanner, both the operation and all NC programs can be scanned directly from an order card.
