IT support staff
for MES and Tool Management
Ansfelden (near Linz)
Tasks
- Technical support for our MES software solutions and tool management systems.
- Processing support requests and fault reports via ticket system, telephone and remote access.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of MES components at the customer's premises.
- Analyzing and solving technical problems in the production environment.
- Documentation of solutions and maintenance of the knowledge database.
- Collaboration with development, product management and project teams to continuously improve the software.
Qualification
- Completed training or studies in the field of IT, electrical engineering or comparable.
- Experience in technical support or IT system support, ideally in a production environment.
- Knowledge of MES systems and their application in production.
- Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Good written and spoken German and English.

Technical requirements
- Experience with MES tools such as GNT MES, Proxia, Siemens Opcenter, MPDV Hydra or comparable systems as well as tool management systems such as TDM, Wintool, Zoller.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Experience with remote support tools and ticket systems.
- Knowledge of Windows server environments and network technologies.
- Very good knowledge of databases (SQL) and interface communication (e.g. OPC UA, REST APIs).
- Confident handling of MS Office and documentation software.

Salary
Our offer is a permanent position in a well-known company.
We offer a gross annual salary from EUR 60,000. Your actual salary will depend on your training and relevant professional experience.
