Partner acquisition & international business

Tasks
- Strategic partner acquisition: Identifying, approaching and establishing new strategic partnerships in Germany and abroad.
- International market development: analysis and development of new markets with a focus on sustainable growth and scalability.
- Coordination & collaboration: Close coordination with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to implement partner projects.
- Network maintenance: Building and maintaining a resilient network of international business contacts, associations and multipliers.
- Conducting negotiations: Independently conducting contract negotiations with potential partners and customers.
- Reporting & KPI tracking: Preparation of market analyses, forecasts and regular reports on business development.
Qualification
- Degree in business administration, international business, marketing or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in business development, ideally with an international focus.
- Proven success in partner acquisition and building international business relationships.
- Very good written and spoken English; other languages an advantage.
- Experience in selling software solutions in the production environment - you know the requirements of industrial customers and understand how digital solutions help to increase efficiency.
- High willingness to travel: You are prepared to undertake regular international business trips (approx. 30-50% of working time) in order to meet local partners, analyze markets and actively maintain business relationships.

Technical requirements
- Understanding of industrial software solutions - e.g. MES, ERP, production planning, IoT platforms or digital manufacturing processes.
- Experience with CRM systems - e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or comparable tools for partner and customer care.
- Confident with digital tools - MS Office, presentation and collaboration tools.
- Basic technical understanding - ability to understand complex software products and communicate their benefits to manufacturing companies.
- Data competence - the ability to analyze market and business data and draw strategic conclusions from it.

Salary
Our offer is a permanent position in a well-known company.
We offer a gross annual salary from EUR 70,000. Your actual salary will depend on your training and relevant professional experience.
