Accountant / Financial Accounting
(Full-time) in Forstinning (near Munich) or Ansfelden (near Linz)
Tasks
- Responsibility for independently handling accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Performing in-depth account analyses and reconciling complex accounting transactions, including intercompany reconciliation
- Active involvement in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and UGB
- Ensuring correct and timely external reporting, in particular advance sales tax returns
- Preparation of the preliminary balance sheet
- Supportive collaboration in group reporting in accordance with IFRS
- Versatile assumption of commercial tasks – from fleet management and travel management to office organization
- Committed collaboration on cross-departmental projects with a focus on process optimization and efficiency improvement

- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in a similar position—preferably in a medium-sized company or corporate environment
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration (e.g., business studies) forms the basis of your qualifications.
- You work independently, think proactively, and are characterized by a high degree of initiative, team spirit, and strong communication skills.
- Your strong affinity for numbers is reflected in your structured and analytical approach to work.
- Professional use of MS Office—especially Excel—is part of your everyday routine.
- You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English.
- You are familiar with ERP systems; ideally, you have experience with common applications.

Salary
The actual gross salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience and starts at €3,000 per month. If you are suitably qualified, a higher salary is possible. Remuneration is based on a 38.5-hour week in accordance with the IT collective agreement (information technology, data processing sector) and is paid 14 times a year.
